School Uniform
The complete Belmore School uniform is compulsory for all students. The Belmore School Council introduced a compulsory school uniform for the following reasons:
- To promote a sense of identity and pride in Belmore School
- To promote cohesion and good order in our school
- To allow all students to feel equal
- To ensure students’ appearance reflects the expectations of our school community
- To strengthen the spirit of community within our school
- To ensure all students are dressed safely and appropriately for school activities
- To encourage students to develop pride in their appearance
There has been a level of leniency allowed on the wearing of school uniform in the past, however in 2018 I am expecting that every child attending Belmore School wears their school uniform every day.
All items of uniform are now available through an online ordering system which can be accessed via the school website, enabling your order to be delivered in a more timely manner. State Schools Relief is available to support with financing the uniform if you are having difficulty. Please contact the Principal if you would like assistance through this wonderful organisation.
